August 24, 2021, Washington, DC – Delphos International Ltd., the leading DFI-focused financial advisory firm, has announced its expanded commitment to the Caribbean and Latin America regions with two new appointments. Former U.S. Ambassador James Brewster and his firm Insignias Global will expand their advisory role in the Caribbean and Johann Voswinckel has been named to the Delphos team as Senior Vice President in Guatemala City.
Ambassador James Brewster – the former U.S. ambassador to the Dominican Republic and current CEO of Insignias Global and Partner at Patino, Brewster & Partners– will continue to serve as a strategic advisor for the Delphos team as it builds relationships and raises capital for projects throughout the Caribbean. Ambassador Brewster is a key figure in Washington, DC and the international political and business communities as a global business leader with significant expertise in international trade, compliance, government relations and marketing. His unique insight into the region will be integral in expanding relationships with key public and private projects to provide a boost to their economies through increased access to DFI, ECA capital and equity.
