Delphos released its 6th edition of Inside Washington: Government Resources for International Business, a user-friendly resource for navigating the products and services of various U.S. and foreign government agencies as well as multilateral organizations.

Delphos arranged $13.8 million in senior debt from the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC) in January 2012 to support the development and construction of a 5 MW solar PV plant in Gujarat, India.  Delphos arranged $14.7 million (75% of total project costs) in long-term, senior debt from OPIC to finance 75% of the development, construction, and operation of a 5 MW solar PV facility in Gujarat, India. Delphos also arranged political risk insurance for the Project Sponsor's (MEMC Electronics Materials Inc.) equity investment through OPIC.

December 2011

Delphos won an international tender from Ghana Grid Company (GRIDCo), Ghana’s private transmission utility company, to lead an advisory team of engineering, financial, economic, regulatory, and environmental experts to assess the feasibility of two new 161 kV transmission lines stretching more than 200 miles in Ghana. Under this USTDA-funded study, Delphos is leading the financial analysis and will conduct managerial training workshops for local personnel.

Delphos arranged a $150 million senior loan commitment from OPIC to support Applied Solar Technologies’ rollout of hybrid solar energy solutions for cellular phone towers in India.

October 2011

Delphos and a consortium of financial, technical, regulatory/legal, and environmental experts won an international tender from the Government of Morocco’s National Agency for the Development of Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (ADEREE) to complete a USTDA-funded feasibility study assessing the implementation of a 5 MW solar PV plant in Essaouira, Morocco.
